Ken Tomlin and Wade White personally manage the construction of every home. They are on site daily to oversee the building of your home through all phases of construction, from initial planning and design to handing over the front door key.


Ken Tomlin, President of DeWitt-Tomlin Builders, Inc., graduated from Liberty University with a degree in Business Administration and worked in management at Framatome Technologies for ten years. He has been involved in the building industry in many capacities for over 10 years.	Wade White, Project Coordinator for DeWitt-Tomlin Builders, Inc., has over 12 years of homebuilding experience in Central Virginia. He has built custom and spec homes from 1000 to 5000 square feet, and is also involved in drawing the floor plans and elevations.	Tom DeWitt, Vice President of DeWitt-Tomlin Builders, Inc., has been involved in real estate sales, development, and construction for over 20 years. He has developed more than 20 different subdivisions and is very familiar with every phase of residential construction - finding the perfect lot, developing neighborhoods with the most desirable amenities, selecting the ideal house plan, and ensuring that every homebuyer is satisfied with a quality-built home.
