Info: Ann Powers-Koch has over 20 years of experience in Real Estate, she began in Northern Virginia in Commercial Real Estate, relocated to Lynchburg in 1994. In 2007 Ann acquired both her Associate Broker's License and became a Licensed Appraiser Trainee! In 2009 she completed the educational requirements for obtaining her General Contractor Building license. Working with First Time Homebuyers, Retirees and Investors are her specialties. Ann has recently assisted her Mother and Aunt in relocating, as seniors, to the Hill City. Ann is the proud parent of three sons. Joe, now 16, attends Brookville High School.
